Terms of Service

The service
Concur Medical Ltd arranges an independent written second opinion on an orthopedic condition, prepared by a qualified orthopedic specialist on the basis of the information and documents you supply. It is a review of your existing diagnosis and proposed treatment — not an examination, not a diagnosis made in person, and not a prescription service.
Who can use it
- You must already have been seen by a doctor and have a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis and a proposed treatment plan.
- The patient must be older than 3 years.
- For a patient under 18, the case must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian who confirms their authority to do so.
- You must be able to supply accurate information and genuine medical documents relating to the patient.
Not an emergency service
Concur does not provide emergency or urgent care and does not monitor cases in real time. If symptoms are severe, worsening quickly, or you believe there is an emergency, seek local emergency medical care immediately.
Price, payment and what the 24 hours mean
The written second opinion costs €188, paid once at submission. Your case enters the specialist queue only after payment succeeds. Your written second opinion is delivered within 24 hours. The 24-hour period begins once your case is complete and accepted for clinical review. If additional information is required, the review period may pause until it is received.
Video consultation
After your written report is ready you may optionally book a video consultation with the specialist who reviewed your case, at the price shown at the time of booking and at a time the specialist has made available. It is a discussion of the written opinion and is subject to the same limitations as that opinion.
Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before a specialist begins reviewing your case. Once the review has begun the work has been performed and the fee is not refundable. If we cannot provide an opinion — for example the documents are unusable, or the case falls outside orthopedics — we cancel the case and refund you in full. A video consultation cancelled more than 24 hours before its start time is refunded in full. By submitting your case you ask us to begin the service immediately and accept that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.
Your responsibilities
The opinion can only be as good as the information behind it. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you submit, and for holding the right to share any document you upload. Do not upload another person's records without their authority. Your report is provided for your own use; do not present it as anything other than an independent second opinion based on documents.
Your account and access
Access to your case is tied to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your case.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, and the specialists we work with are qualified and insured for their clinical work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a case is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for decisions made without the involvement of your treating doctor.
Complaints, governing law and changes
Write to care@concurclinical.com with any complaint and we will respond substantively. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Concur Medical Ltd is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your case is the one shown when you submitted it.
